Dunning Reversal with program RFCORR14

This document explains the steps how execute the dunning reversal.After executing the dunning reversal what are changes updated at customer master data , line item can view.

SAP provides a standard program to undo the dunning run which has already been run. The program is RFCORR14. This program can be executed in the test run and once the results of the test run are fine, the same can be executed in the real run. 

Example given below step by step

First view the dunning history

Dunning history in F150, BISD, MHND

F150

BSID or BSEG

MHND

Before executing reversal last dunned at line item 12.02.2014 level 2

Executing standard program RFC0RR14

Give the inputs Run date and identification, executed in test mode

Now executing in real mode, by selecting check box update run with updated to BSEG

Dunning reversal executed successfully

Now view at line item dunned data changed and first dunned date updated 20.01.2014 level 1

At master data also changed, here dunning level not changed.

In the same way reversing first dunning level

Compare the dunning last dunning reversal and first dunning screen

Last dunning reversal screen given below

At line item dunned date will be blank

Still at customer master dunning level will not change

At customer master data you can view the dunned change history

Note: Dunning reversal always should done last dunning

Example: You have done 3 dunning level for that customer in this you cannot directly done reversal for dunning level 2.
